A Winter Retreat for Self-Love & Care

February 27 – March 1

Winter asks us to slow down—to rest, to listen, and to tend gently to ourselves.
Loving the Self is a weekend retreat designed to offer just that: space to soften, reconnect, and love yourself without guilt.

Hosted at Anaway Place, this intimate yoga retreat blends mindful Yoga practices suitable for all experience levels, guided journaling, nourishing meals, and restorative touch including private massage and Aroma touch therapy—all set within the quiet beauty of the Driftless landscape.

Lyndsay has been teaching Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Astanga, Pre-natal, Therapuetic, and Restorative yoga since 2007, though the practice has been part of her life since childhood. Lyndsay’s classes are rooted in a spirit of exploration, discovery, and intentionality. She emphasizes that yoga is not about how “strong, flexible or good” you are, but how you approach each pose with mindfulness, care and sense of joy.

Chef Abel Rosas of Elana Catering will cater our Saturday evening dinner. With an emphasis on creating memorable moments surrounded by loved ones, Chef Abel was inspired from his grandmother Elena's cooking style. He pays homage to his culture by delivering cuisine with the passion poured into family traditions while elevating the experience with modern techniques mastered from his classical training. Each bite taken subtly builds the flavor profile enhancing the delicate balance of spices and natural ingredients to allowing each bit of the plate to be a collaborative star.
